Farm Hand - Full Time or Weekend

Across the Creek Farm is hiring a  pasture poultry farm hand position in South Fayetteville. The position's responsibilities include:

+Daily movement & feeding of pasture poultry flocks, 
+Operation of trucks, ATV, tractors (will train)
+Pasture Management
+General farm duties – (Fencing, Repairs, Construction, Deliveries, etc)
+Other farm duties as assigned

Requirements

The farmhand position is a physical position. Farmhands work out in the elements – sunshine, rain, hot & cold. The position requires a lot of lifting. The position has been successfully done by men & women of all sizes & backgrounds often with no prior farm experience. 

+Must be able to lift 50 lbs+ (or get in shape over time to do it)
+Must have reliable transportation & bank account for direct deposit
+Must be able to work in Arkansas weather
+Must be able to follow directions
+Must be able to show up on time, ready to work & have a good attitude
+CANNOT own poultry or be around other poultry on a regular basis (at home, etc)

Salary: $13-15/hr equivalent (paid in half or full day increments) depending on experience.
