A must have for breakfast. Traditional sage country sausage taste paired with fresh ginger-root for flavor. Ginger is one of those natural foods that really helps digestion & it helps offset the richness of the pork fat we use when making this sausage. One of Carla's (aka Mrs Spencer's) favorites - and mine too. Gotta try this one out.
