A classic Italian sausage made from our own farm's recipe using our pasture-raised chicken. We use natural sheep casings for those avoiding pork. Our chicken links are awesome in a skillet & do well on a well oiled grill over medium heat. The tried and true flavor combos of fennel, rosemary, basil, & oregano make a winning combo.
