FIRST BATCH ON SALE - I'm trying a new spice blend & still tweaking the salt level. This sausage came out slightly salty (nothing crazy, just a tad). It is fantastic to cook with & our family gobbles it down on it's own. If you like salt, it'll be perfect. If sensitive to it, then use it for cooking. Enjoy!
