Bacon is made from the belly of the hog that is rubbed in salt & spices, smoked, & then sliced. Being a natural product, bellies are never perfect squares. When the bacon is sliced, there's always pieces left over. We cube (sometimes slice) these bacon ends & they are phenominal for your next pot of beans, greens, soup, or more!
